Our policy on refunds for Kelvirox services.

At present, the Kelvirox platform — including all assessment modules, editorial content, and performance analysis tools — is provided free of charge. No payment is required to access or complete any assessment available on the platform. As no purchase is necessary, no refund mechanism applies to current platform access.
Kelvirox may introduce paid services in the future, such as premium report features, extended assessment modules, or personalised analysis services. If paid services are introduced, this Refund Policy will be updated prior to launch to reflect the applicable terms.
Where paid services are offered, the following general principles will apply unless superseded by more specific terms at the point of purchase:

If a paid assessment or service fails to complete or produce a result due to a technical fault attributable to Kelvirox's platform (not user hardware or connectivity), we will offer either a full re-attempt of the assessment at no additional charge, or a full refund. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you believe we have not honoured your statutory rights, you may contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline or Trading Standards. For disputes that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may also have access to alternative dispute resolution services.
All refund enquiries should be directed to [email protected] with your name, relevant order details (if applicable), and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to refund enquiries within five UK working days.
